PREORDERS

Items available for preorder appear with the option to "Preorder" rather than "Add to Cart"; the estimated delivery window for each item is located on the product page beneath the description. When purchasing an item available for preorder, you will be charged immediately. Once your preordered item(s) ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

 

FINAL SALE

Items designated "Final Sale" on the product detail page, including any sale item discounted by 50% or more, are non-refundable. They may be returned for merchandise credit provided that they meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

Rational Creatures offers a one-time price adjustment by store credit on items purchased at full price that have been marked down within 14 days of purchase. Items are only eligible for price adjustment if the exact style, size, and color remains in stock at time of request. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments.
